Voter’s Choice Act

It’s time to secure our elections and NOT renew the Voter’s Choice Act

The Voter’s Choice Act (VCA) isn’t about choice. It’s about opening our elections up for fraud—and it’s up for renewal in November 2025.

We need your help to stop it.

When the VCA was implemented in 2019, it destabilized and interfered with our election process.

Here’s the breakdown:

created drop boxes:

Created drop boxes: Now anyone can collect and deposit ballots, which can result in duplicating ballots, theft, and more

Took away neighborhood precincts:

Citizens no longer vote with their neighbors, removing another layer of accountability and identification

Added voting centers:

Anyone in the state—not just county residents—can vote, which may mean people vote multiple times at different locations

Made early voting available:

Before, voters had to request absentee ballots if they could not vote on election day. Now, anyone can vote up to ten days before the election, extending the counting timeline and destabilizing the counting process

As a result, voters in Orange County have lost faith in our elections.

The Board of Supervisors is on track to renew the VCA in January, but there’s a catch:

The Registrar of Voters (ROV) is refusing to publish the date.

Now, the Conservative Patriots of Orange County are fighting back! We are an independent,

not-for-profit group that is dedicated to making Orange County great again.

Here’s what you can do:

We’re ready to rally support and show up at the Board of Supervisors meeting to let them know that we OPPOSE the VCA. But since the ROV is refusing to publish the date, we have to be ready to mobilize at a moment’s notice.
